These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Conditions”, or “Agreement”) outline the rules and regulations for using eastindiatravel.in website (the “Service”) operated by East India Travel Co (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Accessing the Service

You may access the Service only if you are above the age of 18 and can form a binding contract with East India Travel Co. You are also responsible for ensuring all persons accessing the Service through your internet connection comply with these Terms.

Bookings

You can use the Service to make enquiries about a particular tour, ask for more details other than what is described in our website and may proceed with booking a tour. When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any guests traveling with you. Please understand the tours and description of places and people are intended to give you a general idea of what you can expect, we may suggest slightly different routing for any tour if we feel it will enhance the experience of travelling to these places. We will provide complete transparency as to what is included (and what is not) in the tour price of a particular tour. There are no hidden charges. You may use our Chatbot or email us at tours@eastindiatravel.in for your enquiries. 

Payment

You can make payment to our bank account by wire transfer, use services like WISE or you can pay by credit card. We may use a third-party payment processor to facilitate your booking payment. In that case, you agree to the terms and conditions of that payment processor in addition to these Terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Cancellation and Refunds Policy for details on cancelling your booking and obtaining refunds.

User Conduct

You agree to refrain from using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

· Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

· Interfering with the servers or networks connected to the Service.

· Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any account, computer system, or network connected to the Service.

· Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

· Uploading viruses or other malicious code.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
